Steering clear of annual Medicare Part D readiness work

The July launch date is good news for Prime’s government programs clients. The new launch timeframe will avoid workflow concerns preparing for the fall Med D open enrollment period.

Improvements started last year

October 2015 brought a new look and feel of the website and an enhanced code base to support the future integration.

In January 2016, we added more features to the home page — including the status of members’ recent PrimeMail orders and a snapshot of their prescription history. In July, the two sites will combine into one, giving members all the information they want in one destination.

Making it easier for members to get pharmacy benefit information

This was a major effort from the digital team. Many areas around the company providing support, all to make it easier for members to get important information. Here’s what we’ve heard from members:
