We’re at T-minus three months and counting: Prime is working toward combining MyPrime.com and MyPrimeMail.com. In just three short months, Prime will have a single member website.
When the integration is complete, all users will access MyPrime.com. MyPrimeMail.com will no longer exist as a separate site.
Steering clear of annual Medicare Part D readiness work
The July launch date is good news for Prime’s government programs clients. The new launch timeframe will avoid workflow concerns preparing for the fall Med D open enrollment period.
Improvements started last year
October 2015 brought a new look and feel of the website and an enhanced code base to support the future integration.
In January 2016, we added more features to the MyPrime.com home page — including the status of members’ recent PrimeMail orders and a snapshot of their prescription history. In July, the two sites will combine into one, giving members all the information they want in one destination.
Making it easier for members to get pharmacy benefit information
This was a major effort from the digital team. Many areas around the company providing support, all to make it easier for members to get important information. Here’s what we’ve heard from members:
“KUDOS on the improvements to myprimemail.com! Refresh from screen to screen very smooth, options clearly stated, soft colors are pleasant. Professionally, I access many sites. Improvements have bumped this site up to one of the best! Thanks!!”
“Congratulations on the site improvements for navigation and ease of locating information on costs either through Prime Mail or from retail pharmacy. The site improvements (versus 2014 and 2015) are substantial.”
“Great job keeping me informed of order status. My scripts need to be kept cold and I always know when to expect them.”
